I know I usually write about UFC events but this week I figured I would change it up and focus on the NHL We have a bunch of sick games tonight. I’ll give my picks for a few fights tonight but the juice will be on the NHL. So many good matchups that I can’t even decide. Battle of Alberta? Sign me up. Leafs vs Habs? Hell ya!
Leafs vs Habs
So many nice props in this one. I never go straight moneyline on these division rivals because it’s too unpredictable. SO instead I like to go with some funky odds that catch my attention. The Habs were able to shut the door down on the highest scoring team in the league. A 2-1 win against the Leafs is great. The Habs have been playing above average hockey recently but I think Saturday night vs long time rivals will be a crazy back and forth. Price is in net trying to prove some ahters wrong. Matthews and Marner are buzzing. Edmunson leads the league in +/- and Toffoli and Anderson are EN FEU! I like the Habs overall in this tilt. The Leafs lead the series 2-1

Battle of Alberta – Oilers vs Flames
Love this matchup. The series is split to one game a piece. I don’t know where the disrespect to the Oilers comes from, maybe because Koskinen is nets vs Markstrom, but they’re the underdogs here and I love that about this game. I’m all over the Oilers on this. I actually like the alternate puckline. The Flames won their matchup last night but winning in your division vs McJesus twice in a row is hard enough, especially in Edmonton.

Sharks vs Blues
When looking at this matchup a few things stuck out. 1- The Blues should be favourite by more than 1.5. SO I looked at alternate puckline again. I love an alternate puckline in this game. Sharks are starting Devan Dubnyk while the Blues have Jordan Binnington between the pipes. Dubnyk is 0-3-1 this season and the Sharks are depleted on D
