As I mentioned last week the Falcons would have had to win for Dan Quinn to keep his job. The Falcons went a step further and also fired GM Tom Dimitroff. It looks Arthur Blank felt he got duped by not making changes last year. The team is going in the wrong direction in losing games that they were ahead in and should have won.
I went 10–5 in my straight-up picks and 2-1 against the spread last week.
Last week I had a bad feeling about the Niners, and my hunch was right; they lost to an improving Dolphins team at home. Browns are starting to look like a contender and won again. The Giants break my heart again! After throwing an interception Derek Carr should have been benched but wasn’t.. he then stays in the game and wins at Arrowhead. Texans finally won a game. Panthers continue to impress. Brady lost track of what down it was but the Bucs earned the loss by playing very undisciplined games and drawing penalties at crucial times.
The COVID situation has forced the league to make some scheduling changes this week. I am happy that we have been able to have a season so far.
