It’s been a while since I’ve written anything, so I decided to take my government suggestion isolation to talk to you. I didn’t know where to start so I’ll start by setting the expectations that this might be a mess. Don’t judge me, please. If you need to judge anyone, judge the morons that are hoarding toilet paper.
I’ve been sick for a few days… no it’s not Coronavirus. I’ve had a cold, coughing up mucus and a headache Basically I’ve been suffering what is known as a “man cold”. I’ll be fine, or maybe not… who knows? The only thing that’s annoying about being sick is it’s not the best idea to get baked on some legal marijuana. What do people do in isolation? They try to pass the time as much as they can. Luckily the internet companies are still up running, so I can catch up on some TV shows and watch some old UFC fights. Right now, my weapon of choice is Narcos Mexico but all that is doing is making me want to get high even more. Brushing up on my Espagnol is always good too.
Cuddling up with my lady is also a fun way to pass the time, and we’ll be watching Ozark during our quarantined time together, I heard it was good. No sports has been brutal but watching all these guys finding ways to entertain their fans while not being able to play is amazing. Ja Morant, Luka Doncic and many more have become gamers and are live streaming.
Picked up a book again, I haven’t read in forever. I always said I don’t have time, but now I don’t have an excuse. Books that I’ve lined up: Sapiens, Blue Monday and George Orwell’s 1984. After watch YOU on Netflix, it would’ve been a perfect time to read Catcher in the Rye for the fourth time but decided that new books are the way to go.
